Spiritual Life Week occurred March 16th-March 20th. During this week, our school met for Chapel Services every morning. The theme of this week this year was “God is Love!” We heard from a variety of Christian leaders about different aspects of God’s love. On the last day, Chaplain Elita Barnhart led students in an extended time of healing prayer and breaking shells on which were written strongholds that were keeping students from experiencing God’s love. Many students stayed to receive prayer, seeking to grow deeper in their relationship to God. We want to thank our speakers Coach Jeff Thompson, MCCS Volunteer-Gwen Martin, Former Principal- Jeanie Miller, Chaplain Elita Barnhart, and our YES Team for sharing throughout the week with our students.
